Will any of your accessories void my new vehicles factory warranty?
Definitely not! All of our ute accessories are vehicle warranty compatible. They definitely will NOT void your new vehicle warranty.
If I buy accessories online, how secure is the payment procedure?
Auto Extra is committed to data security and as such they use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When Ute Accessories Perth transmits sensitive information (such as bank account details), they are protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. When a payment is made online, your bank account details and the money goes through E-Way, Australia's safest payment gateway. Your payment and details are not seen by Auto Extra or any third party at all.
Once I place an order, how long do I need to wait to have it fitted/ ready for collection?
The general lead time for our accessories to be made & dispatched is 1 – 2 weeks. There are some products that can take 4 weeks to be made & dispatched and there are also products that are special ‘one off builds’ which can take up to 6 weeks to be made & dispatched.
After an order is placed, one of our friendly team members will contact you to discuss when your item will be ready for collection or to book you in for a fitting.
